Camellia "Millie" Tenuto is a HR professional and administrative assistant with a passion for creating efficient and harmonious work environments. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, she thrives in building relationships and fostering collaboration across all levels of an organization. She came to Inman Consulting in October of 2024 as a contractor and moved up to an employee in January of 2025! Prior to Inman consulting, Millie has worked in various HR-centric roles, gaining invaluable experience and a unique understanding of the field—despite not having a formal degree.
As a mother, she's learned how to balance her personal and professional life with patience, resilience, and empathy. These qualities not only help her navigate family life but also allows her to approach workplace challenges with a unique perspective, understanding the importance of work-life harmony for everyone.
Outside of work, she embraces life fully, even while managing chronic illnesses. Despite the challenges, she finds joy in activities like softball, karate, and video games—hobbies that keep her active, engaged, and connected to her passions. She believes in living life with a positive outlook and taking time to recharge through the things that bring her joy.
Her personal philosophy is inspired by Marcus Aurelius: “If it is not right, do not do it; if it is not true, do not say it.” This belief guides her approach to both her professional work and interactions, ensuring integrity and trustworthiness in all that she does.
